•WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards, wire transfer, and Behalf. We do not accept personal or business checks or money orders.
• CAN I BRING MY CHILD WITH ME?
Children are not allowed in or around the warehouse.
• DO I HAVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE TO PURCHASE?
You do not have to have a business license to purchase. War on Retail is open to the public.
• DO I NEED A SALES TAX NUMBER TO PURCHASE?
You do not need a sales tax number to purchase, but if you do have an STIN, bring it! Without it, we charge 6% State Sales Tax.
•WHAT ARE CUSTOMER RETURNS?
Customer returns are items that have been purchased and returned to the store. People return merchandise for many different reasons; Wrong size or color, different features than expected, exchanging, or damaged. 'Returned' does not always damaged, although damaged return items are common. Returns can be salvaged, fixed, in working condition, or trash. The condition varies greatly on the return policy of the retailer. Typically, the stricter the return policy, the better the quality. Merchandise in a customer return pallet or truckload doesn't have to be 100% customer returns. Sometimes, retailers mix customer return, overstock, seasonal, shelf pull and new merchandise. Be aware that customer return items are not for everyone as these require processing, testing and sometimes minor repairs of the merchandise to maximize your profit.
•IS THERE A GUARANTEE?
All pallets are sold as-is with no warranty or guarantee. We don't take items out, test, or check them.
•CAN MERCHANDISE BE SHIPPED? HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Everything, unless stated otherwise, can be shipped to the continental US. Shipping costs vary greatly on your location and the pallet category and size. Email us for shipping quotes! The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
•WHAT DOES FOB MEAN?
"FOB" means freight on board. It indicates where the merchandise is located or being shipped from.
•WHAT IF THERE IS A SINGLE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE?
Everything we sell is sold by the pallet (other than our liquidation yard sales). There are no exceptions.
•WHAT IS A MANIFEST?
A manifest is a list of what you will find in a pallet, showing the breakdown of quantities, items, and retail prices. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of manifests.
•HOW DO I PURCHASE A PALLET?
Visit us at 145 Robinson Drive, Fayetteville GA 30214! The most effective way to purchase a pallet online is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with specifically what you are interested in purchasing. We will send you an invoice, set up freight, or answer any questions!
•HOW CAN I PICK UP MY PALLET?
You can come to pick up your pallet during any time that we're open, Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-5PM. Be aware that we typically close our rollup doors around 4:50, to ensure we close at 5. You have up to 2 business days from the purchase date to take your items home. Pallets can be forklifted, or unstacked. We suggest to come prepared with a tarp and tie downs.
